Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking a Senior Claims Analytics & BI Analyst to partner with Claims leadership and drive data-informed decisions. You’ll define KPIs, build executive dashboards in Power BI, and translate complex claims data into meaningful insights for executives.

Ideal candidates will have advanced Power BI, strong SQL, and experience reporting on P&C claims performance. This role is fully remote with Eastern or Central Time preference.

Qualifications

• Advanced Power BI development with executive dashboards.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with enterprise data warehouses and data modeling.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytics solutions.
• Experience delivering executive reporting for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Claims leadership to define KPIs and translate priorities into reporting.
• Own KPI reporting for claims performance, including trends and diagnostics.
• Build end-to-end Power BI dashboards for Claims Operations.
• Replace manual reporting with scalable automated solutions.
• Analyze complex claims data and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Ensure data quality and assist with system integrations and UAT.
