Job summary

Alera Group is seeking an Applied Epic Training & Content Specialist – Property & Casualty (Contract) to design and maintain training materials, SOPs, and user guides for P&C platforms. The role is remote with travel as needed and focuses on transforming how our teams adopt new systems and standardize workflows.

You will collaborate with SMEs to document processes, support implementations, and ensure the learning library stays current.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of content development, technical writing, instructional design, or related experience.
• 3+ years delivering technical or business systems training.
• Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain training materials, user guides, job aids, and quick reference resources for Applied Epic and other P&C platforms.
• Develop SOPs, process maps, and workflow documentation that support enterprise business processes.
• Translate complex system functionality into clear, user-friendly content for diverse audiences.
• Partner with subject matter experts, business leaders, and configuration teams to document new processes and system updates.
• Support system implementations, conversions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain the enterprise learning library and ensure content remains accurate and current.
