Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Property & Casualty Claims Advocate to facilitate smooth interaction between clients and carriers for property & casualty issues. The role monitors ongoing activity and informs the HUB Producer team of potential claims or loss-control concerns.

The position requires experience in claims adjustment and a valid P&C license; we offer competitive benefits and growth opportunities within a large North American network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED and 5-7 years property & casualty claims adjustment experience (brokerage preferred) or equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Property & Casualty License required or willingness to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present claim reviews to clients on a periodic basis.
• Assist in Third Party Administrator (TPA) and insurance carrier selections.
• Interacts with clients by telephone and in person to deliver and gather information.
• Negotiates plans of action and reserve reductions with insurers.
• Maintains accurate and organized claim files and updates HUB systems.
