Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Property/Casualty license required (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and handle callbacks promptly.
• Field billing questions and basic policy inquiries.
• Escalate complex issues to Team Lead or Producer as needed.
• Process endorsement requests following agency standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure service needs are met.
