Job summary

DXC Technology Company is seeking a Sales Director for the Property & Casualty Insurance Carrier sector. The role is location‑flexible within the USA and focuses on consultative selling of our software solutions to large P&C carriers, with a hunter mindset and global enterprise exposure.

The successful candidate will lead multi‑stage deals, build strategic account plans, and partner with account teams to drive growth targets while collaborating with pre‑sales and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise SaaS/software sales within P&C insurance carriers.
• Deep understanding of P&C insurance industry and its challenges.
• Experience managing annual and quarterly targets.
• Experience with technology services consulting industry.
• Proven sales success with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and board-level presentation abilities.
• Leadership to guide and mentor junior staff.
• Able to lead in team environments and travel as needed.
• Exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts across the P&C insurance carrier sector selling DXC software solutions.
• Build out strategies for acquiring new accounts and growing relationships.
• Drive complex pursuits with cross-functional teams to hit targets.
• Nurture C‑Suite relationships and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles for modernization/transformation offerings.
• Meet or exceed annual targets within the P&C portfolio.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales and client relations to maintain pipeline.
• Guide and coordinate efforts across territories to create market opportunities.
