Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an Insurance Market Seller to expand our North American Insurance footprint. The role focuses on Life & Annuity and/or Property & Casualty sectors, originating and closing large technology services opportunities.

You will manage the complete sales cycle, collaborate with solutioning and delivery teams, and build executive-level relationships across carriers to drive measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in enterprise technology services or complex solution sales.
• Experience selling to North American Life Insurance & Annuity and/or Property & Casualty carriers.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, operations, and regulatory dynamics.
• Proven ability to originate and close multimillion-dollar technology services opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategy for the North American Insurance market.
• Identify white space and originate opportunities through executive relationships and market intel.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives across carriers.
• Lead the full sales cycle from origination to close.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline with forecasting and pursuit actions.
