Qualifications

• BA/BS in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 1+ years of actuarial experience with commitment to pursuing CAS credentials with a minimum of 3 passed exams.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Analytical mindset with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience using AI technologies for modeling and analytics.
• Knowledge of programming languages (Python, R, SQL) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Transformative Actuarial Solutions for client engagements using actuarial knowledge and structured problem-solving.
• Analyze large, complex data to identify trends and inform actuarial, operational, and strategic decisions.
• Apply actuarial methodologies and models to produce accurate analyses and insights.
• Collaborate with client and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate findings clearly.
• Work with actuaries, engineers, data scientists, and other specialists to translate requirements into technical specs and test solutions.
• Validate data, assumptions, calculations, and models to ensure accuracy and compliance with professional standards.
• Contribute to development of tools, automation, and AI-enabled actuarial workflows.
• Own assigned deliverables, manage priorities, and build technical and industry knowledge.
