The role combines deep actuarial expertise with strategic leadership, client relationship management, and mentoring teams while expanding the practice across the insurance ecosystem.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• ACAS or FCAS credential required.
• 10+ years actuarial consulting or insurance experience within Property & Casualty.
• Proven client relationship management and complex engagement leadership.
• Strong business development and multi-project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; data-driven advisory mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex actuarial engagements for insurers, reinsurers, captives and corporate clients.
• Oversee project delivery, timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Provide strategic, technical oversight across engagements (reserving, pricing, modeling).
• Drive revenue growth and expand client relationships; support proposals and RFPs.
• Mentor teams; promote collaboration and professional development.
• Champion AI, automation, and modern delivery within the practice.
