You will research opportunities across Parts, Accessories, Apparel, Yamalube, and Licensing, manage licensing contracts, and oversee artwork reviews ensuring brand compliance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Sales or related business field.
• 3–5 years Powersports experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of brand marketing experience preferred.
• Must be experienced in sales strategy development, financial and category analysis, consumer marketing, product placement, and competitive and trend analysis.
• Prior Powersports accessory, apparel, or licensing experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities to grow Parts, Accessories, Apparel, Yamalube, and Licensing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product teams to develop and implement growth initiatives.
• Align internal stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes.
• Coordinate apparel and licensing activities with licensees and vendors.
• Develop, review, and approve Basic Purchase Agreements with internal stakeholders.
• Manage licensing contracts, tracking renewal dates and documentation.
• Monitor licensee performance and sales/royalty reporting.
• Support Product Line Manager on long-term strategy and monthly status updates.
• Ensure brand guidelines and trademark usage across products.
