Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Incorporated is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Site Supervisor to lead daily maintenance execution, logistics, and personnel supporting P-8 aircraft at NAS Whidbey Island.

In this role, you will bridge corporate and shop-floor teams, enforce NAMP and safety standards, and ensure on-time maintenance, quality, and contract compliance.

Formación

• Must possess and maintain or obtain an active U.S. military Secret Security Clearance and be eligible for immediate issuance of a CAC.
• High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred; completion of Navy/Marine Corps A and C schools or an FAA-approved program is highly desired.
• Minimum of 6 to 8 years of aircraft maintenance experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity; Navy O-level maintenance experience preferred, P-8 or Boeing 737 experience preferred.
• Active FAA A&P license or equivalent; CDI or QAR experience is a plus; CAC required.
• Deep knowledge of NAMP instructions and aviation safety metrics.
• Proven ability to motivate, schedule, and direct teams under strict timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting to leadership

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and coordinate the daily execution of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, flight line operations, and aircraft turnaround times.
• Direct, schedule, and evaluate site personnel including Mechanic IIs, Mechanic IIIs, and Supply Technicians; maintain optimal labor distribution.
• Enforce strict floor-level adherence to NAMP, Tool Control, FOD prevention, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with QA to resolve inspection discrepancies and review documentation and maintenance logs for accuracy.
• Partner with Supply Technician to track parts flow and optimize tool and asset readiness.
• Act as first line of escalation for the Navy customer on the floor, providing routine updates on status, schedules, and resource limitations.
