Job summary

ACET, Incorporated seeks an Aircraft Maintenance Site Supervisor to manage daily maintenance execution, supply workflows, and personnel supporting P-8 aircraft for VP-69 at NAS Whidbey Island.

You will be the floor and hangar manager, ensuring NAMP compliance, optimal labor distribution, and timely updates to squadron leadership while coordinating with QA and supply teams.

This role requires a Secret clearance and FAA credentials, with experience in Navy maintenance environments.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years aircraft maintenance experience, with 2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• FAA A&P license or equivalent; CDI or QAR credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, flight line operations, and aircraft turnaround times.
• Direct, schedule, and evaluate site personnel including Mechanic IIs, Mechanic IIIs, and Supply Technicians; optimize labor distribution.
