You will collaborate with an assistant teacher, families, and staff to promote growth across literacy, numeracy, social skills, and language using individualized plans. Responsibilities include observing behavior, documenting progress, aligning plans with IEPs, and maintaining a safe, enriching learning

Qualifications

• P-3 Teacher Certification is required (CEAS or Standard).
• BA/BS in ECE or related field with ECE coursework required.
• Physical exam and background checks are required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Travel locally or long-distance up to 10% of time for work-related meetings.

Responsibilities

• Implement a child-centered curriculum and learning environment.
• Address challenging behaviors by observation and family partnership.
• Document progress with observations and anecdotal notes.
• Collaborate with families and staff to support children at home and school.
• Deliver developmentally appropriate classroom experiences for diverse learners.
• Lead daily lesson planning and support inclusion through IEPs.
