The position is a 10-month role with a salary range of $59,127 to $73,575, requiring a NJ teaching certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel up to 10% for work-related meetings.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and a New Jersey P-3 Teacher Certification.
• Physical exam and background checks are required for this position.
• Travel required locally or long-distance up to 10% of the time for work-related meetings and functions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implements a child-centered curriculum and learning environment.
• Addresses challenging behaviors by observing causes and teaching new social skills.
• Uses observations to document progress and individualize curriculum.
• Creates partnerships with families to establish positive interaction patterns.
• Provides classroom experiences developmentally appropriate for 3–5-year-olds.
• Integrates IEPs for children with disabilities.
• Ensures safety and supervision of children at all times.
