You will document progress, adapt lessons, and coordinate with families and IEPs to promote positive outcomes for children of diverse abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• New Jersey P-3 Teacher Certification required.
• Background checks and physical exam required.
• Travel locally or long-distance up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Implement a child-centered curriculum and learning environment.
• Document progress using observations and anecdotal notes.
• Build partnerships with families for consistency across home and program.
• Coordinate IEPs and ensure developmentally appropriate experiences for all children.
• Supervise classroom activities and ensure safety and nutrition during meals.
