Sonesta International Hotels is seeking an Oyster Shucker to join our culinary team. The role requires accurate oyster prep, adherence to quality standards, and maintaining a clean, safe oyster bar area.

You will report to kitchen supervisors and work across stations as needed to support guest dining experiences. The position focuses on delivering engaging service to guests while upholding Sonesta’s guest experience standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working in high-volume oyster bars or seafood stations.
• Cooking skills at basic to intermediate level.
• Must have ServSafe certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Reports to kitchen supervisors and kitchen manager.
• Maintains clean and sanitary oyster bar area and equipment.
• Operates Micros to manage customer orders and payments.
• Assists in other hotel areas as needed to support operations.
