Job summary

Red Rock Resort is seeking an Oyster Bar Kettle Cook - Guest Facing (Part Time) to directly support the Executive Chef and team. You will assist with cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, steaming meats, fish, eggs and vegetables, while keeping the kitchen clean and equipment in good working order.

This role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards.
• Minimum of one to two years cook experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Excellent attention to detail and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef and kitchen team with cooking, frying, sautéing, broiling and grilling.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and equipment.
• Keep station stocked and ensure items are prepared to spec.
• Support different stations including meats, fish, eggs, vegetables.
