Job summary

Reliable Respiratory is seeking an Oxygen Dispatch/Scheduling Assistant to support the Oxygen Department with dispatch, scheduling, and deliveries. This role is based in our Norwood office, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM.

You will coordinate appointments, handle oxygen-related communications, and process orders while maintaining professional customer service and adherence to procedures. A valid MA driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without future work authorization.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from resident state.
• At least 3 years of verifiable driving experience.
• No more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No disqualifying misdemeanor/felony convictions in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments and daily routes for Delivery Driver Technicians and Respiratory Therapists.
• Handle incoming oxygen-related communications from customers and referrers.
• Take incoming oxygen troubleshooting calls, voicemails, and emails.
• Process recurring orders via phone, email, or in person per procedures.
• Perform other duties as required.
