Job summary

Reliable Respiratory in Norwood, MA is seeking an Oxygen Dispatch/Scheduling Assistant to support dispatch, scheduling, and delivery coordination in the Oxygen Department. The role is from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, based in our Norwood office.

You will coordinate appointments, manage communications from customers and referrers, handle troubleshooting calls, and process recurring orders while maintaining high service standards. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating appointments and daily routes for Delivery Driver Technicians and Respiratory Therapists.
• Handle incoming oxygen related communications from customers and referrers in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
• Take incoming oxygen troubleshooting calls, voicemails, and emails.
• Process recurring orders via phone, email, or in person in accordance with Reliable Respiratory's processing procedures and guidelines.
• Other tasks and duties as required.
