Job summary

Reliable Respiratory is seeking an Oxygen Dispatch/Scheduling Assistant to support dispatch and scheduling for the Oxygen Department. The role is based in our Norwood office with standard hours Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and requires coordinating routes for delivery staff and professionals.

You will handle customer communications, oxygen troubleshooting inquiries, and processing recurring orders while maintaining professional standards and timely responses.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and driving record.
• Five criteria including communication, organization and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments and daily routes for delivery staff.
• Handle oxygen-related communications with customers and referrers.
• Take incoming troubleshooting calls, voicemails, and emails.
• Process recurring orders via phone, email, or in person.
• Other duties as required.
