Job summary

Reliable Respiratory, INC is seeking an Oxygen Dispatch/Scheduling Assistant to support the Oxygen Department in dispatch, scheduling, and deliveries from the Norwood, MA office. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM.

The role requires coordinating appointments, handling customer communications, and processing recurring orders. A valid US driver’s license and driving history are required, with flexibility for on-call duties.”

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without employment authorization required in the future.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from residence state.
• At least 3 years verifiable driving experience.
• No more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No misdemeanor or felony convictions related to motor vehicle operations in past 3 years (with minor exceptions).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments and daily routes for Delivery Driver Technicians and Respiratory Therapists.
• Handle incoming oxygen-related communications with customers and referrers promptly and professionally.
• Take incoming oxygen troubleshooting calls, voicemails, and emails.
• Process recurring orders by phone, email, or in person per procedures.
• Other duties as required.
