Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, vacation rental, or hospitality is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage time and switch tasks efficiently.
• Comfort with using mobile apps and various software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations of the assigned portfolio of homes.
• Respond to guest and homeowner concerns via emails, calls, and tickets.
• Perform light maintenance such as bulbs, hinges, unclogging, etc.
