You will lead a local team, uphold guest-ready standards, manage vendor relationships, and drive guest and owner satisfaction on the Emerald Coast.

This role requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to balance big-picture strategy with daily execution.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in operations, property management, hospitality, vacation rentals, or a related field.
• Experience leading, coaching, and holding teams accountable.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and operational partnerships.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on leadership style with a focus on people and results.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall operational performance and quality of assigned properties.
• Ensure homes are clean, maintained, stocked, inspected, and guest-ready.
• Oversee turnover quality, inspections, property readiness, and recurring issues.
• Coordinate property onboarding and offboarding to meet standards.
• Coach, train, develop, and inspire your territory team.
• Set clear expectations around productivity, quality, communication, and accountability.
• Help recruit, hire, onboard, and manage team performance.
• Monitor KPIs and drive efficiency, cost control, and profitability.
• Build vendor relationships and ensure service levels meet RealJoy's standards.
