Job summary

Brailsford & Dunlavey, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our Data Center projects in Michigan.

This on-site role in Saline, MI requires leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with contractors, designers, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver mission-critical facilities. Qualifications

3+ years of experience in project management or construction management.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or similar field.
Experience with complex facilities or mission-critical projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as onsite representative of the Owner’s project management team, coordinating with GC, trade partners, design team, consultants, vendors, and facility stakeholders.
Develop knowledge of project drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, equipment, and project controls.
Track milestones, deliverables, constraints, and open decisions; elevate risks when needed.
Walk the site regularly to observe progress and document conditions; resolve issues.
Monitor progress against baseline and short-term schedules; ensure activities start and finish as planned.
Support look-ahead and work-plan reviews; identify constraints affecting delivery.
Prepare concise project updates on progress, risks, safety, quality, and follow-up.
