Job summary

JC Automation Corp. seeks a Construction Manager to serve as the Owner's representative, overseeing field construction for the selected Work Package Organization. You will provide leadership, governance, and assurance of CM activities with contractors, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, turnover, and readiness targets.

The role requires 15+ years on large capital projects, plus experience in owner, EPCM, or construction management oversight. Spanish language skills and OSHA 30 are preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience on large capital projects.
• Experience in owner, EPCM, or construction management oversight environments.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, turnover, and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities related to enabling works, roads, grading, drainage, demolition, temporary facilities, laydown areas, and site logistics infrastructure.
• Monitor execution of utility infrastructure projects and utility distribution systems.
• Support construction oversight of ancillary buildings and supporting site facilities.
• Coordinate brownfield tie-ins, utility outages, and operational interfaces with site stakeholders.
• Ensure infrastructure projects are executed, and long-term site objectives.
• Coordinate construction readiness and turnover of enabling projects to downstream project teams.
• Facilitate coordination between infrastructure contractors, Operations, Engineering, and project teams.
