Job summary

JC Automation Corp. is seeking a Site Enabling and OSBL Construction Manager to act as the Owner's representative for field construction oversight of the Work Package Organization (WPO).

The role provides leadership, governance, and assurance of construction activities performed by the CM team and contractors, aligned with safety, quality, schedule, turnover, and readiness objectives. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience on large capital projects in owner, EPCM, or construction

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience on large capital projects.
• Experience in owner, EPCM, or construction management oversight environments.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, turnover, and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field construction activities for enabling works, roads, grading, drainage, and site facilities.
• Monitor utility infrastructure projects and utility distribution systems.
• Coordinate brownfield tie-ins, outages, and interfaces with site stakeholders.
• Ensure infrastructure projects are executed with safety, schedule, and turnover objectives.
• Lead owner-side field construction governance and contractor oversight.
• Coordinate interfaces between CSA, MEP, Utilities, Equipment, CQV, and Operations.
• Support CQV readiness and turnover planning.
• Champion safety and participate in field safety walks and investigations.
