Job summary

JC Automation Corp. is seeking a Construction Manager to act as the Owner's representative for field construction oversight of the assigned Work Package Organization (WPO).

The role provides leadership, governance, and assurance of construction activities to meet safety, quality, schedule, turnover, and readiness objectives. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of large capital project experience, strong contractor management skills, and fluency in English (Spanish strongly preferred) to

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience on large capital projects.
• Experience in owner, EPCM, or construction management oversight environments.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, turnover, and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enabling works including roads, drainage, and site logistics.
• Provide ownership-side field leadership across CM teams and contractors.
• Champion safety with BeyondZero and LIFE Program requirements.
• Review work plans, look-aheads, and interfaces among CSA, MEP, Utilities, CQV, and Operations.
• Support turnover readiness, punch lists, and CQV execution.
