Job summary

JC Automation Corp. seeks a seasoned Work Package Owner to oversee defined project scopes, ensuring delivery from mobilization through turnover.

You will champion safety, quality, and schedule while coordinating with design, procurement, construction, and CQV teams. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in complex capital projects, strong stakeholder skills, and fluency in English; Spanish is a plus for Puerto Rico projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience on complex industrial/capital projects.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary construction, startup, turnover.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 preferred; English required; Spanish preferred for PR.

Responsibilities

• Base Work Package Ownership from mobilization to mechanical completion and turnover.
• Monitor safety, quality, schedule, cost, productivity and risk performance for the package.
• Coordinate interfaces and ensure owner obligations are met across design, procurement, construction, and CQV.
• Provide routine package status updates and maintain dashboards; manage risks and constraints.
• Support turnover readiness and CQV readiness in collaboration with multiple teams.
