Job summary

JC Automation Corp. seeks an experienced Construction Manager to serve as the Owner's representative for field construction oversight across the assigned Work Package Organization.

You will provide leadership, governance, and assurance of construction activities to meet safety, quality, schedule, turnover, and readiness goals. The role emphasizes owner-side leadership, coordination with multiple stakeholders (Operations, Engineering, CQV, Utilities), and adherence to safety programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience on large capital projects.
• Experience in owner, EPCM, or construction management oversight environments.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, turnover, and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enabling works, roads, grading, drainage, demolition, and site logistics.
• Monitor utility infrastructure projects and distribution systems.
• Coordinate turnover of enabling projects to downstream teams.
• Ensure alignment with safety, quality, schedule, and turnover objectives.
• Lead owner-side field construction governance and contractor oversight.
