JC Automation Corp. (JCA) is seeking a Lead Construction Manager to lead field construction for a multi-project pharmaceutical/regulatory program in the United States, including Puerto Rico.

You will direct WPO Leads, Construction Managers, and safety teams to maintain milestones and ensure first-time-right quality. The role demands 20+ years in large-scale capital construction within regulated industries, with demonstrated experience managing multi-contractor field organizations and delivering

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or related.
• 20+ years of large-scale capital construction experience; 10+ years as a senior construction manager on pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated-industry projects >$500M TIC.
• Track record leading multi-discipline, multi-contractor field organizations through full lifecycle.
• Demonstrated HSE leadership; OSHA 30 minimum.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Lead Construction Manager is the senior accountable construction leader on the program, with field authority across all three projects. The role is to be conducted by construction execution oversight of CM, contractor performance, field HSE, field quality, and the operating rhythm of the construction organization. It is the single point of construction accountability spanning enabling works. This is an Owner representation role that supports in ensuring design, construction execution and quality are adhered to and set up for successful mechanical completion.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or related.
• 20+ years of large-scale capital construction experience; 10+ years as a senior construction manager on pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated-industry projects >$500+M TIC.
• Track record leading multi-discipline, multi-contractor field organizations through full lifecycle.
• Demonstrated HSE leadership; OSHA 30 minimum.

Preferred

• CSP or equivalent preferred.
• PMP and AGC/CMAA membership preferred.
• Spanish strongly preferred for Puerto Rico site leadership.
