Job summary

Per Sé Group is seeking a field-based owner’s eye for a utility-scale renewable project in Royal City, WA. You will oversee EPC performance on safety, quality, schedule, and environmental compliance, ensuring drawings and milestones align with contract expectations.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate site activities, and manage risks while keeping contractors accountable in the field.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years around utility-scale solar or wind construction.
• Hold contractors accountable without running their crews.
• Understand construction sequencing and when safety, quality, or schedule need attention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EPC contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite activities across safety, quality, schedule, and environmental compliance.
• Walk the work, verify construction against drawings and specs, and address issues early.
• Review construction sequencing, progress, labor productivity, logistics, and upcoming milestones.
• Lead site meetings and coordinate with CPM, Engineering, EPC, OEM suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Track deliveries, procurement issues, material handling, and Care, Custody & Control transfers.
• Conduct safety and quality inspections, including First Build and Golden Row/Golden Tower reviews.
• Identify schedule and execution risks and help develop practical mitigation plans.
