Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Spa Supervisor to lead our luxury spa team in Telluride, Colorado. You will oversee service quality, staff training, and daily operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a premium setting.

You will manage payroll processes, ensure brand standards, and maintain safety and sanitation protocols while fostering a collaborative, guest-centric environment that embodies Fairmont's values.

Formación

• Prior leadership experience in spa/wellness environment preferred.
• Experience in luxury hotel or hospitality setting is an asset.
• Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field is an asset.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Highly reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently deliver professional, engaging, and gracious service.
• Oversee day-to-day Spa operations, ensuring all service and brand standards are upheld.
• Complete monthly reporting, including retail audits and performance tracking.
• Support and administer payroll processing as assigned.
• Ensure team members are well-trained across all Spa operations, including treatment knowledge, retail, and room readiness.
• Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs with efficiency and care.
• Uphold all departmental policies, procedures, and luxury service standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety and sanitation protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Description

As Spa Supervisor, your leadership and passion will inspire an engaged team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional service, transforming each moment into a lasting memory.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver professional, engaging, and gracious service

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience within a spa or wellness environment preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Experience within a luxury hotel or hospitality setting is an asset
• Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field considered an asset
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Highly reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player with a positive and supportive approach
• Guest-focused, with the ability to remain calm, composed, and courteous at all times

Additional Information

Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the USA. We are unable to sponsor work visas.

Starting hourly wage: $21.43/hr
