Fairmont Heritage Place, Franz Klammer Lodge in Mountain Village near Telluride, CO, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the team and ensure guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. You will uphold brand service and safety protocols while fostering a culture of warmth and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations of the Housekeeping team with warmth and professionalism.
• Clean and inspect residences to uphold highest cleanliness and presentation.
• Respond swiftly to guest concerns and coordinate with teams to ensure memorable stays.
• Communicate daily priorities and updates to colleagues for attentive service.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Be Doing

• Leading and supervising the daily operations of the Housekeeping team, ensuring all service standards are met with warmth and professionalism
• Cleaning and inspecting residences to uphold the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation
• Responding swiftly and effectively to guest concerns, recording details and communicating with the appropriate teams to ensure memorable stays
• Communicating daily priorities and updates to colleagues to support personalized, attentive service
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Your Experience and Skills Include

• Highly Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision
• Excellent time‑management and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities, with the ability to lead by example
• Ability to have direct, honest, and constructive coaching conversations with employees

Physical & Mental Requirements

• Ability to stay focused on tasks and follow direction
• Ability to bend, twist, and lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to push and pull carts or equipment
• Ability to safely use a step ladder or stairs
• Ability to work safely with cleaning chemicals and required PPE
