Job summary
Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in Telluride, CO is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations and ensure guests experience exceptional service from arrival to departure.
You will supervise staff, maintain high cleanliness standards, and respond to guest needs promptly while coordinating with other departments to deliver memorable stays. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Highly Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- A service-focused personality.
- Experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time-management and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with leadership by example.
- Ability to have direct, honest coaching conversations with employees.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily operations of the Housekeeping team.
- Clean and inspect residences to uphold highest cleanliness.
- Respond swiftly to guest concerns and coordinate with teams.
- Communicate daily priorities to colleagues for attentive service.

- Leading and supervising the daily operations of the Housekeeping team, ensuring all service standards are met with warmth and professionalism
- Cleaning and inspecting residences to uphold the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation
- Responding swiftly and effectively to guest concerns, recording details and communicating with the appropriate teams to ensure memorable stays
- Communicating daily priorities and updates to colleagues to support personalized, attentive service
