Job summary

Aqua Aston Hospitality (AAH) in Kapaa, HI is seeking an Owner Services Representative to recruit and support vacation ownership. You will interact with owners, realtors, and vendors to retain and grow the rental program, supervise maintenance and coordinate repairs, and handle routine administrative tasks with the management team.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, some college, and experience in vacation rental or guest services; sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
Previous vacation rental and guest services experience preferred.
Sales experience is desirable.
Condominium/resort background preferred.

Responsibilities

Recruit new owners by building and nurturing relationships with realtors and potential owners.
Track, respond, and resolve unit issues from surveys and reviews.
Act as liaison between owners and vendors for repairs/upgrading of units; supervise maintenance.
Prepare work orders and submit to accounting after completion.
Perform regular checks of rental units to ensure standards; monitor OSHA regulations.
