Aqua Aston Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Housekeeping Ops Supervisor to help deliver memorable experiences for Owners and guests. The role supports a team in maintaining high standards across guest rooms and public areas while coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Availability to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Able to reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, and stoop for extended periods.
• Background and drug screening may be required per policy and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Verifies room status on the report, prioritizes room cleaning, and updates departing guest rooms.
• Prepares and distributes assignment sheets and workboards to Housekeeping staff.
• Inspects guest rooms after cleaning to ensure standards are met.
• Inspects public areas, restrooms, restaurants, fitness center, pool area, and other spaces for quality compliance.
• Coordinates tasks with other departments to ensure efficient department operation.

Job description

Hourly Rate: $25.75 Hourly Wage: $25.75

Valid driver's license may be required with at least one year of clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Verifies room status listed on the report, determines discrepant rooms, prioritizes room cleaning, and updates the status of departing guest rooms.
• Prepares and distributes assignment sheets/workboards to Housekeeping staff.
• Inspects guest rooms after being cleaned by the Housekeeper to ensure standards are met.
• Inspects public areas/bathrooms, restaurants, fitness center, pool area, offices, and service areas after being cleaned by the Housekeeper to ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinates tasks and works with other departments to ensure that the department runs efficiently.

Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Contribute to team goals. Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

To Become a Housekeeping Ops Supervisor at AAH: Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days. Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance. Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
