Job summary

Aqua-Aston Hospitality, LLC is seeking an Owner Services Representative to engage current and potential owners and realtors, aiming to recruit and retain owners in our rental program. You will act as the main point of contact for owner needs, facilitate repairs, and supervise maintenance with the Manager on Duty.

The role includes supporting the GM with daily accounting tasks, balancing bar banks and drops, and providing administrative assistance, with competitive pay and benefits such as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must communicate in English (written and verbal) to customers and co-workers.
• Some college preferred; condo/resort background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new owners by building relationships with realtors and potential owners.
• Track, respond, and resolve unit issues from surveys and reviews.
• Act as liaison between unit owners and vendors for repairs.
• Direct and supervise maintenance work.
• Prepare work orders for maintenance repairs and submit to accounting.
• Perform regular checks of rental units per standards and OSHA regulations.
• Acquire and maintain rental management contracts.
• Give detailed presentations to new clients joining the rental program.
• Ensure new units are billed for start-up costs.
• Assist in monitoring unit Refresh projects and maintaining units.
• Submit work orders and charges to Accounting.
• Prepare annual rental report and quarterly Condoletter.
