Job summary

iRiS Recruiting Solutions in Ohio seeks a seasoned Senior Project Manager / Owner's Representative to lead a $300M+ capital program across multiple campuses. This office-side role reports to the VP of Properties & Construction and oversees ground-up development, occupied renovations, and capital improvements.

You will drive projects from budgeting and design through construction and closeout, provide owner-side leadership to architects, engineers, GCs, and consultants, and mentor junior staff as

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction Project Management.
• Full-lifecycle ownership of $10M+ projects or comparable program exposure.
• Experience on office/PM side of construction and owning projects end-to-end.

Owner's Representative / Senior Project Manager

Up to $160K + Car Allowance

$300M+ in construction. Six campuses. One seat with real ownership.

We're looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager / Owner's Representative to help lead one of the most significant capital programs this organization has ever undertaken.

Reporting directly to the VP of Properties & Construction, you'll oversee a portfolio of ground-up development, occupied renovations, and capital improvements across multiple Ohio campuses.

This is an office-side construction leadership role - not a Superintendent position.

What You'll Own

• Drive multiple projects from budgeting and design through construction and closeout
• Provide owner-side leadership to architects, engineers, GCs, and consultants
• Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, payment applications, permits, and inspections
• Oversee ground-up residential-style development and complex occupied renovations
• Build processes and systems as the capital program continues to scale
• Mentor and eventually oversee additional Project Management staff

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of construction Project Management
• Career progression on the office/PM side of construction
• Full-lifecycle ownership of $10M+ projects or comparable program exposure
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, and contractor management skills
• Multifamily, senior living, healthcare, or institutional construction is a strong plus
• Owner's Rep, developer, or institutional owner-side exposure is especially attractive
