Job summary

Michael Page US is representing a premier real estate developer seeking a Project Manager to lead renovation and redevelopment projects across Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati market. You will coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors from early planning through turnover, ensuring cost control and on-time delivery.

  • Experience delivering renovation, redevelopment, adaptive reuse, or commercial building projects
  • Strong estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control capabilities
  • Ability to think like an owner and manage outside General Contractors effectively
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with executives, consultants, and project stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead renovation and redevelopment projects tied to new facility expansions throughout Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati market
  • Manage architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors from early planning through project turnover
  • Develop budgets, review estimates, manage schedules, and maintain tight control of project costs
  • Run RFP and bid processes while holding General Contractors accountable for execution, quality, and schedule
  • Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and ownership while conducting site visits and progress meetings

Job Description
  • Lead renovation and redevelopment projects tied to new facility expansions throughout Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati market

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:
