Stantec is hiring an Owner’s Representative, Project Manager for design and construction of education, healthcare, and institutional projects. Projects range from concept through occupancy, with total costs from $5M to $200+M, located in Charleston, SC and Memphis, TN areas.

The role involves leading design and construction teams, managing budgets and schedules, and coordinating with clients and authorities having jurisdiction. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of PM experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related project management experience, including ideally 2+ years as Owner’s Representative/Project Manager.
• Ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients and field subcontractors.
• Strong computer skills and literacy in scheduling, word processing, presentations, and spreadsheets.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple healthcare, higher education, or commercial expansion/renovation projects as Owner’s Representative, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are controlled.
• Communicate daily with the client and project team.
• Lead the Design Team (Architects, Engineers, Equipment Planner, consultants).
• Provide day-to-day project oversight and communications with client and team.
• Prepare and distribute meeting notes to project team.
• Lead the Construction Team on behalf of the owner.
• Develop and track project schedule and budget through all phases.
