Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of construction experience, ideally with a GC in commercial/institutional work.
• Strong communicator, polished, comfortable leading stakeholder meetings.
• Comfortable with permitting, drawings/specs, and Excel; Procore a plus.
