Job summary

Connect Advisors is a rapidly growing Owner’s Representative firm. As a Project Manager, you will coordinate projects from planning through closeout, representing clients’ interests and ensuring alignment among owners, architects, and contractors.

The role requires strong organization, construction knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in construction management or owner’s representation.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of project management software preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites and client meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day execution and coordination of projects across planning, design, preconstruction, construction, and closeout.
• Serve as primary point of contact for project-related coordination among clients, architects, contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal team members.
• Monitor project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk and communicate status to leadership and clients.
• Lead project meetings, prepare agendas, track action items, and ensure follow-up.
• Review and monitor schedules, milestones, budgets, change orders, pay applications, RFIs, submittals, and documentation.
• Coordinate procurement activities and assist with bid processes and contract execution.
• Support quality control to ensure deliverables meet Owner expectations and assist with closeout activities.
