Job summary

DeSimone Consulting Engineering in Miami, FL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee advisory and project management work on complex construction initiatives. You will manage owner’s representation, coordinate with designers, contractors, and clients, and ensure schedules and budgets are met.

The role offers a salaried, exempt position with a base salary range of $75,000 to $105,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a PM or CM role.
• MS in Engineering or Construction Management or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support practice leadership in achieving revenue, profitability, and utilization targets.
• Lead business development to expand advisory presence in construction and real estate markets.
• Oversee owner’s representation, project management, and claims/risk advisory assignments.
• Develop relationships with owners, developers, attorneys, contractors, architects, and professionals.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality and client service standards and monitor performance metrics.
