Job summary

DeSimone Consulting Engineering, a leading global structural engineering firm, seeks an experienced PM/CM professional to join its Advisory practice in Miami. You will support leadership, oversee client engagements, and manage scheduling, costs, and risk across complex projects.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in Engineering or Construction Management with 1–3 years in PM/CM; MS is a plus. The role is salaried and exempt, with strong growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in engineering or construction management.
• 1–3 years of experience in PM/CM roles.
• MS in engineering/construction management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Practice Leadership in achieving revenue, profitability, and utilization targets.
• Lead business development within construction, real estate development, legal, and institutional markets.
• Manage and oversee client engagements including owner’s representation and project management.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with owners, developers, attorneys, contractors, architects.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee project scheduling, cost control, risk management, and project controls.
