Per Sé Group in Dublin, OH (Preferred) or remote within the U.S. seeks an experienced Midstream Pipeline Project Manager/Owner’s Representative to oversee major energy company projects.

You will own project execution oversight for pipeline infrastructure, coordinating with engineering, construction, and operations to deliver safe, efficient outcomes.

Travel about 30% domestically; contract position with opportunities to impact assets across North America.

Qualifications

• Extensive PM experience in oil and gas midstream.
• Proven ownership of project execution lifecycle.
• Willingness to travel ~30% domestically in the US.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EPC contractors, engineering firms, and third-party providers.
• Manage schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and execution performance.
• Review engineering deliverables and proposed changes.
• Coordinate activities with engineering, operations, commercial, and construction.
• Support commissioning, turnover, and integration with operating assets.
