Job summary

Antero Resources in Bridgeport, WV seeks a experienced Midstream Project Manager to lead complex pipeline and facilities projects from concept to completion. This role blends office planning with field execution, requiring close collaboration with engineering, land, environmental, safety and operations teams.

You will develop execution plans, manage budgets, monitor schedules, and coordinate with contractors and regulators to ensure compliance and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in oil & gas.
• Experience delivering midstream projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all aspects of midstream projects from conception to completion.
• Develop the Project Execution Plan to guide project phases.
• Balance scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk and resources.
• Estimate costs and schedules through economic evaluations.
• Coordinate with Land, Environmental and Safety groups.
• Oversee third-party vendors and contractors.
• Lead Change Management when project scope changes.
• Prepare weekly status and cost reports for management.
• Other duties as assigned.
