Job summary

You will manage external stakeholders, coordinate design reviews, and ensure delivery meets Base Power's operational needs, requiring strong technical judgment and disciplined project controls.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in managing commercial/industrial construction projects in an owner's representative role.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules, including change orders, cost forecasting, and schedule recovery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as owner's representative on assigned construction projects across all phases.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope documentation; report status to leadership.
• Manage design and engineering consultant activities; review drawings for constructability and resolve conflicts.
• Coordinate with operations, manufacturing, and facilities to align scope with technical needs.
• Identify, document, and mitigate project risks; elevate issues for executive decision-making.
• Oversee closeout activities including punch lists, commissioning, document turnover, and warranty tracking.
