Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. on behalf of a Bloomington, IN client, seeks an Assistant Construction Project Manager to support large-scale industrial development from the owner's perspective.

You will work with General Contractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams across the full construction lifecycle. The role requires 5+ years in commercial construction, GC experience on projects $50M+, proficiency with Excel and scheduling tools (Procore, P6 or MS Project).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction/project management experience.
• GC experience on projects $50M+.
• Experience with contractor/subcontractor buyout, procurement, and bids.
• Experience with construction contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Ability to review pay applications and manage project expenditures.
• Strong budgeting, cost forecasting and financial controls.
• Proficiency with Excel and scheduling software (Procore, P6, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Manage ground-up industrial projects for the owner.
• Review schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Coordinate with GC's, architects, and internal teams.
• Participate in buyout, procurement, bids, contracts.
• Maintain project records, change orders, RFIs, submittals.
• Monitor pay apps, invoices, and expenditures.
• Maintain financial reporting and forecasts.
• Track CPM schedules and critical path.
• Support project closeout and turnover.
