Watt Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our Owner’s Representative team in South Florida.

We highly value 5+ years of PM experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. The right candidate will combine construction know‑how with exceptional communication and people skills to coordinate with Owners, architects, engineers, contractors and consultants while protecting clients’ interests.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with a General Contractor, Construction Manager, Owner’s Representative, Developer or similar construction organization.
• Preconstruction and estimating experience is a plus, but Project Management experience is our priority.
• Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, contracts, change management, procurement, design coordination and project documentation.
• Experience coordinating with Owners, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors and consultants.
• Based in South Florida, ideally within approximately 75–100 miles of Palm Beach County.
