Amazon's Global Engineering Services (GES) North America Design & Construction team is seeking a Construction Manager to serve as Amazon's owner's representative in the delivery of built facilities and infrastructure supporting our logistics network.

In this role, you will manage the full construction lifecycle — from design review and contractor procurement through construction execution and operational handover — for new builds, retrofits, expansions, and program initiatives across your

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering.
• 5+ years with AutoCAD/BIM and scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar).
• 5+ years as Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, or related role.
• 5+ years of project management from design through handover.
• 5+ years negotiating construction, procurement, and/or labor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Amazon's owner's representative and primary construction integrator across all assigned projects.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects from design phase through construction completion and handover.
• Audit contractor bid packages, budgets, and schedules; identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Own budget tracking, cashflow forecasting, and cost management.
• Negotiate construction, procurement, and labor contracts with developers and GC's.
• Coordinate with AHJ for permitting and regulatory approvals.
• Review construction documents for conformance to Amazon standards.
• Coach project teams through the project lifecycle.
• Champion safety programs and maintain a safety-first culture.
