Job summary

Oppidan Investment Company seeks a Construction Manager to act as Owner's Representative and Project Manager for Oppidan-owned and fee development projects. You will lead design and construction from concept through completion, coordinating with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

This role is primarily in office four days per week, with one remote workday per week. The position offers a competitive salary range and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• College degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Lead design meetings.
• Walk jobsites and challenge direction or progress when necessary.
• Knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications, costs, budgets, and current construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of design and construction from concept through completion.
• Coordinate with internal developers, operations teams, consultants and contractors.
• Obtain design and construction deliverables from internal teams.
• Define final turnover conditions with data center end users and align project schedules.
• Oversee budgeting and cost control; review and approve vendor invoices and pay applications.
• Attend and conduct weekly progress meetings; visit job sites to assess progress and quality.
